BOOKING
- ALL bookings MUST BE SCHEDULED 1 DAY IN ADVANCE, unless otherwise specified.
- Booked services MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING, no exceptions.
- You may book multiple services for the same day.
*** WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT(S), PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU FULLY READ THE DESCRIPTIONS, BOOKING INFO AND POLICY PAGE IN ITS ENTIRETY, BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT.***
CANCELLATIONS
- It is recommended and advised that you, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE BEFORE CONFIRMING ANY BOOKING. This allows us to service as many customers as we can, as well as provide them with the allotted time that they have paid for their services. This also protects you from having to pay an unnecessary cancellation fee.
- Cancellations MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OR MORE, PRIOR TO your scheduled appointment.
- If you need to cancel last minute, AN EMAIL MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE 8pm and can be NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS PAST THE 24 HOUR CANCELLATION TIME FRAME.
- CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $65 CANCELLATION FEE (equivalent to 1 hour of cleaning.). Rescheduling your appointment, does not void out your cancellation fee, when you miss or cancel an appointment outside of the cancellation window. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE, BEFORE YOUR RESCHEDULED BOOKING.
- 3 or more cancellations will result in a higher service charge ( up to an additional $35) for your next booking, You will only be allowed to schedule an appointment by phone or email after 3 consecutive cancellations/missed appointments.
- EXCESSIVE CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF BOOKING PRIVILEGES for a period of 2 MONTHS or loss of booking privilege with the company, unless an exception is given by management.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are only issued for services cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation period.
- Refunds for balances remaining after a cancellation fee, are issued after the cancellation fee has been deducted from your initial service charge, The funds will be released, back to the initial form of payment, after deductions are completed.
- ALL refunds are returned to the initial form of payment.

SERVICE HOURS
- ALL services, have minimum and/or maximum service hours. PLEASE READ THE BOOKING INFO IN ITS ENTIRETY to confirm the amount of time you are booking.
- ALL BOOKED SERVICES WILL END AT THE TIME FRAME SELECTED FOR THAT SERVICE. ( IF ADDITIONAL TIME WAS PAID FOR, SERVICE WILL END AT THAT TIME.) AN ADDITIONAL 30 MIN. GRACE PERIOD IS ADDED INTO THE BOOKING TIMES AND DOES NOT SERVE AS MANDATORY EXTRA CLEANING TIME, BUT CAN BE USED AS SUCH. NO FURTHER WORK WILL BE COMPLETED ONCE THE TIME ENDS, unless the worker has time to finish before their next appointment. (CUSTOMER WILL BE INVOICED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL TIME BEFORE COMPLETION OF SERVICE) This allows our workers time to make it to their next appointment on time. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! Please make sure you are booking reasonable time for the service you need.
- If the service you booked offers an additional hour, you may add an extra hour to your service if needed.
- If you purchase an additional hour of service and the time is not utilized during service, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for this add on. PLEASE USE YOUR BEST DISCERNMENT OF TIME NEEDED, BEFORE ADDING TIME.
*** YOU CANNOT BOOK AN HOUR OF SERVICE SOLELY, IT CAN ONLY BE BOOKED AS AN ADD ON TO A BOOKED SERVICE. ***
- IF YOU BOOK THE ADDITIONAL HOUR SOLELY, THE ADDITIONAL BOOKING TIME WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SERVICE BOOKING AND REFUNDED.
LAST - MINUTE / EMERGENCY CLEANINGS
- BASED ON AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
- Provides ONLY 3 HOURS OF SERVICE. No additional hours can be added.
- SERVICE ADDRESS MUST BE WITHIN 35 MINUTES OF AVAILABLE CLEANER'S LOCATION, AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
- LOCATION MUST BE AN AIRBNB OR RENTAL PROPERTY
*** Proof of rental. may be requested for verification of property use (ex. rental listing). if we have reason to believe, your unit is not a rental. Failure to provide proof will result in cancellation of your appointment and you will be charged an inconvenience fee of 50% of your initial service charge and refunded the remaining balance.***
